BBQ by the Pound
All our meats are hickory-smoked in the pit in the middle of the restaurant, pulled by hand & dipped to order. A pound (16 oz) makes 3–4 sandwiches. OG Dip comes on most BBQ — ask for no dip, dip on the side, or extra dip.
