Some say pit smoking is too slow. We think it’s the only way to get that flavor. Frank Gibson took over in 1994 after apprenticing under the previous owners; today Frank and Kevin still cook the same recipes and bottle new ones like KG’s Sweet Sauce and our Bourbon BBQ.
